What We Collect

When you use the contact or customer intake forms on this site, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
• Business name and type, if applicable
• The content of your message or project description
• Any files you voluntarily upload — screenshots, documents, mockups, or other reference material

We do not collect personal information through cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is active on this site to measure page views and load performance — it is privacy-first, uses no cookies, and does not fingerprint visitors.

How We Use It

The information you provide is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry or question
• Understand the scope of your project
• Prepare for an initial conversation or proposal

We do not use your information for marketing, automated follow-up sequences, or any purpose outside of the direct relationship you initiate by reaching out.

How It's Stored

Form submissions are delivered via Resend to a Proto Node Labs email inbox. We do not maintain a separate contact database. Your information is held within normal business email and project communication tools used by the team.

Files uploaded through the contact form are handled as email attachments and are not stored on a public server beyond the email delivery process.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data
• We do not share your information with third parties except service providers directly involved in delivering our work (e.g., email infrastructure)
• We do not use your information for advertising or behavioral targeting
• We do not retain data you have not explicitly provided to us
